Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data ProbaLab collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the enrollment and contact forms on it.
§1What we collect
We only collect what you hand us. When you use the enrollment or contact form, that means your name, email address, phone number, the pack you chose, and any message you write. Our host also keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, timestamps — for security and troubleshooting.
§2Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange your course access, send a payment link, and answer questions about the material. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
§3Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running ProbaLab. Where the law requires it, we rely on your consent — for example, non-essential cookies.
§4How long we keep it
Enrollment records are kept as long as you hold access to the course and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting and support obligations. Enquiries that don't lead to a purchase are cleared once they're resolved.
§5Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold, or to stop using it. Email [email protected] and we'll act on it. If you're in the EU or EEA, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
§6Sharing
We share data only with the providers who help us operate — email and hosting — under agreements that require them to protect it, or where the law compels disclosure. Payment is handled outside this site, so we never see or store your card details.
