Refund Policy

We want you to feel the course was worth it. If it isn't the right fit, here's exactly how a refund works — no maze, no hard feelings.

§1The 14-day guarantee

You have 14 days from the moment your access is activated to ask for a full refund. Watch the lessons, open the worksheets, try the models. If the course doesn't help you reason about probability and game math the way we promised, tell us and we'll return your payment.

§2How to request one

Email [email protected] from the address you enrolled with. A sentence about what didn't land is welcome — it helps us improve the material — but it isn't required. We'll confirm within two business days and process the refund to your original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

§3After 14 days

Because the course is a digital product with lasting access, we don't offer refunds once the guarantee window has closed. If something technical goes wrong — a download won't open, a video won't play — write to us any time and we'll fix your access at no cost. That's separate from a refund and never expires.

§4The ebook & worksheets

The Course + Ebook pack is covered by the same 14-day guarantee as a whole. Since the ebook and worksheet files are downloadable, we ask that you delete your copies once a refund is issued, as your licence to them ends with it.

§5Duplicate or mistaken payments

Charged twice, or paid for the wrong pack? That's on us to sort. Email us and we'll refund the difference or the duplicate promptly — the 14-day limit doesn't apply to genuine billing errors.
