Shipping & Access

Everything ProbaLab sells is digital. There's nothing to post, so there are no shipping fees and no waiting on a courier — you get access online. This page explains how and when that access reaches you.

§1How access is delivered

Once you enroll and your payment clears, we email your access to the address on the form. That message contains your login to the video lessons and interactive examples, plus download links for the worksheet pack — and the companion ebook if you chose the Course + Ebook pack.

§2How quickly

Enrollment is a request first: after you submit the form we send a payment link, usually within one business day. Access follows as soon as payment is confirmed, which is typically minutes to a few hours later. If more than 24 hours pass after payment with no access email, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll send it manually.

§3What you can reach it on

Lessons stream in any modern browser on desktop, laptop or tablet. The worksheets are standard spreadsheet files and the ebook is a PDF, so they open in the tools you already use. There's no app to install.

§4How long access lasts

Access is lifetime. Once you're enrolled the lessons stay open to you, including updates we make to the material later, at no extra charge. Downloaded worksheets and the ebook are yours to keep on your own device.

§5Trouble getting in

If a link is broken, a login fails, or a download won't complete, we treat that as our problem to fix. Write to [email protected] with the email you enrolled under and we'll restore your access quickly, at no cost.
